Tamara’s
art is entirely based on her emotions. It is a metaphor of her personal
feelings that are depicted through her favorite animal – the dog.
Tamara has spent all her childhood with dogs. Before she started talking
to her parents, she had communicated with dogs. She could understand
their feelings, desires and intentions just by closely looking at them.
These childhood experiences are Tamara’s foundation for her artistic
work.
Motions and emotions of Tamara’s sculptures are really a mirror of her
present sentiment. Her art portrays psychology of dogs and through their
emotions she is illustrating her present state of mind.
Her fingers are converting life vibrations into different dog moods
and this dog personification converts dogs into humans. We can see,
feel and empathize: love, passion, warmth, despair, sorrow, joy, grief…
Tamara has immortalized Greyhounds in her sculptures. They have given
Tamara motivation and freedom to express their elegance, beauty, calmness,
velocity and graciousness in the form of unique artifacts.
